Ecosmart Mini Duct and Trunk Fittings
HEAT PUMP WIRING INFORMATION
The following information provides wiring details to connect a standard interface heat pump to Ecosmart air handlers.
Small wiring changes are required as well as changing relay types to suit the new configurations.
1. Ecosmart HVP 3-Zone Heat Pump Wiring
2. Ecosmart LVS or HVP 1-Zone Wiring With Tankless Auxilliary Heat
3. Ecosmart LVS or HVP 1-Zone Wiring With Boiler Auxilliary Heat

Examples shown use the common Honeywell T6 Pro thermostat model T6220U (installation instructions below). If other
thermostats are used (such as Nest or Ecobee), the installer will have to determine similar operational setups.

Note: SPDT 24VAC relay has been changed to a DPDT 24VAC relay. The extra set of dry contacts are used to bring on the boiler.
